Mommy and Rebecca went to her 15 month check up on Friday. Her height is 31 inches (60th percentile) and her head is 46 cm (55th percentile) and she weighs 18lbs and 9 oz (still not even on the growth chart). She got two shots and everything looks great. The only big news is that after we discussed Rebecca's reaction to dog saliva, strawberries and peanut butter, Dr. Watkins prescribed us an epi-pen for Rebecca to have in case she had future encounters with peanut butter (and strawberries we think). He said that because her first reaction was so severe, chances were she would be seriously allergic for life (and it could be deadly). Good news is that we now have the epi-pen...bad news= we may need to use it sometime. So, all caregivers out there we will now be keeping an epi-pen in her diaper bag at all times and we have a DVD about how to give it to her.
So, even though Rebecca is not 20 lbs yet, we went ahead and turned her seat around. Here are some pictures of her today on the way to the arboretum.
