Dallas Zoo

This week we had workers come for 3 days and put in a new counter top and backsplash in the kitchen. We also got a new garbage disposal (that doesn't back up when the dishwasher is on!), new cook top and microwave. In the bathroom, we had them put the extra granite along with a new sink & trendy faucet. We still want to change the lighting in the kitchen, but it is getting closer to what we want in a kitchen. For the bath we just need to tear down the wallpaper, paint, and get new accessories.

Hello

Rebecca got this microphone from Grandma Sue for Christmas. Instead of talking normally into it she will only say "hello" in this deep voice. It cracks me up every time without fail. Hope you think it is funny too.

Watching Elmo

Rebecca loves watching Elmo and Sesame Street ("monsters") and she knows all of the characters and will correct me when I don't include them. In this video I ask her if she can tell Elmo hi and she corrects me that Dorothy is on too (his goldfish).

Thanks for all of the beads Grandma Sue, Gramps & Mimi. They are a BIG hit!!! She was wearing them, took a shower, and then insisted on putting them all back on before getting dressed. Let's all hope this isn't foretelling some wild times in New Orleans in this girls future!
