What should Rebecca be for Halloween?

So, I went a bit crazy and Rebecca has 3 costumes for Halloween...A mermaid, a princess, and a pumpkin. I am going to try to dress her up in a costume each day and post some pictures of her, so make sure to vote on which one should be the "official" first Halloween costume! There is a poll on the left part of the screen!

Tonight Jim was in town from Atlanta and was able to meet and spend some time with Rebecca.

Rebecca's 4 month checkup

I took Rebecca to the Doctor today for her 4 month checkup. She is up to 11 lbs and 6 oz (still skinny minnie and the doctor said Josh and I should just plan on her being a gymnist or ballerina!). All healthy though. She even slept 6 hours straight for Mommy & Daddy last night. I have added some photos from the doctors office (pre shots of course!).

Eating Cereal

Rebecca has been trying cereal out now that she is 4 months old. We have been mixing a little with her milk right before bath time (as you can see from the pictures it is very important that it happens BEFORE bath time). She is starting to get used to the spoon concept and even swallows a little. We aren't trying to get her on solids before 6 months, but this seems to be a nice change (and she thinks it is fun) for now.

Rebecca has started enjoying her Bumboo seat. She grabs all of her toys from the tray and puts them on her lap.

Rebecca is Sick

Poor Rebecca-- Just got cold #2 of life (Mommy and Rebecca to work/school off Friday to recoup) and then on Monday when she was still cranky we found out she had her first ear infection.

Here are some pictures of snotty nosed Rebecca from this past weekend. All we did was try to get over the sickies and relax.

Great Grandma Chris

Great grandma Chris came to see the baptism & had a great time with Rebecca!

We can't wait to see her again in Atlanta over Thanksgiving.

Arboretum with the Romero Family

After the Baptism festivities (and a nap from Kate and Rebecca) we headed to the arboretum with the Romero clan, Grandma Sue and Grandma Chris.

We all had a great time for the baptism. Rebecca talked through the whole thing (Great Grandma Chris has the opinion that she was praying) and never cried (even when Deacon Don poured water on her head. Thanks to everyone who came!
